A gluten free, melt in the mouth chocolate pudding, with a runny chocolate centre when warmed.
Heat individually from frozen.
Remove plastic film and foil tray and place on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave on full power until the centre is molten (1900w for 20 seconds or 700w for 50 seconds).

Serve immediately after heating. CAUTION HOT!
