Well, we've got there. A lot of new things to learn when switching from baking 10 inch sponges to cupcakes - not least finding the right piping bags and nozzles.

 Chocolate CupcakeMain thing is that we've admired and eaten hundreds of cupcakes - ours and other people's - over the last 3 months and we are very happy to launch ours into the marketplace with a claim that "They taste every bit as good as they look."

Cupcakes must be pretty. But looks alone won't tempt your customers to buy a second cake.

One final thing. All our cupcakes are baked and iced using ingredients you would be pleased to find in your fridge or larder. And this includes avoiding the use of artificial colours and sprinkles. We live by the same rules as we do when baking all our bigger cakes.
