Our multi-award winning carrot cake topped with delicious cream cheese and lemon icing. We grate 1/2lb of fresh carrots into every large cake. it's a lot lighter than most carrot cakes you may have tried.
PLEASE NOTE The pre-portioned cake is iced on the top and in the middle and not round the outside. The uncut cake is iced on the top and around the outside but not in the middle.
Both cakes are decorated with grated walnut.
