Traditional, teatime cakes. We bake our round cakes mainly as 10 inch (25 cm) diameter sponges which we then fill and decorate.
We've worked hard over the last 2 years at increasing the height and updating the look of a lot of the cakes.
In January 2012 we're introducing 3 new cakes - Red Velvet, Passion and Chocolate & Orange (our first wheatfree cake).

Continental Chocolate Cake
We put more chocolate in this cake than in any other we make and it is darker than our traditional chocolate cake. We cover and fill it with a rich chocolate ganache and sprinkle flakes of milk chocolate on the top. Product Details >

Triple Raspberry Victoria Sponge
