A version of our all butter flapjack but this time with generous amounts of cranberries and sultanas on top and inside. Still moist but fruity and chewier.
After baking and cooling, we cut it into rectangles and pack it in individual portions inside a piece of card and transparent film. 18 portions in one cardboard outer pack.
